I provide guidance and support to help them develop their thinking, practice and capabilities through their <strong>governance<\/strong>, leadership and <strong>learning<\/strong> approaches, enabling them to bring to life their culture, be as effective as possible and realise their organisational vision.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose<\/strong> matters to me &#8211; whether its being purposeful in approach or doing work which matters. My interest therefore lays in working with organisations who have that (or strive to have it!) at their core.\u00a0 So developing a <strong>culture<\/strong> rooted in systems <strong>leadership<\/strong>, collective impact, creating <strong>change<\/strong>, and working to build better lives for its people, local communities and place matters to me.<\/p>\n<p>I thrive on helping organisations transform through developing its workforce and believe in the importance of understanding what makes them and their people tick.<\/p>\n<p>Through my work I have developed a strong profile with public sector and place-based organisations who work to improve public service approaches and affect real change.\u00a0 Examples include working with e.g. Local authorities, Sport England, ADASS, Big Locals, Active Partnerships, Public Health England and the New Schools Network.<\/p>\n<p>I bring high-level skills including directing programmes, communicating and influencing as well as listening, translating needs, effective decision making and delivering results. As a result I have successfully been contracted in a variety of key initiatives, projects, interim roles and support across a broad range of organisation types including SMEs, newly incorporated businesses, private sector companies, government funded bodies, local authority frameworks and charitable organisations.<\/p>\n<p>I am an Associate Consultant with the CIPD, an Associate Consultant with WM Employers, an Enterprise Adviser with the Careers and Enterprise Company and an Associate Consultant with Quest NBS where I support the improvement agenda across the network of government funded Active Partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>An experienced mentor and coach I am a qualified, accredited, advocate and practitioner of a range of psychometric behaviour profiling tools including Everything DiSC, Myer-Briggs, Belbin Team roles, MIRO and Strength Deployment Index (SDI).[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2063&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1549558559866{margin-top: -10px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Associate Consultants<\/h2>\n<p>When working on wide-scale system change projects, my support is complemented by a network of associates who share the same commitment, values and approach.
