I have known Alison for over 15 years. In that time Alison has always demonstrated a deep understanding of HR from both a theoretical, but more importantly, a practical perspective. She understands how key HR matters should be applied to any given situation. Alison will quickly identify situations that require resolution in order to protect the reputation of an organisation.
